Music Maker MyMotif User Agreement

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Music Maker MyMotif, you agree to these terms and to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.

2. App Store license

Music Maker MyMotif is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect, use of the app is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

3. Permitted use

You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple App Store rules and applicable law.

4. Restrictions

You may not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the app, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, use it for unlawful purposes, or infringe the rights of others.

5. Content and results

The app may provide tools, generated content, timers, references, music tools, educational content, or other output depending on the app. You are responsible for how you use the app and any content you create or export.

6. Purchases and refunds

If the app includes paid downloads, in-app purchases, ads, or optional purchases, those transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

7. No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hitfire Production AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update the app or these terms when needed. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
