Information we process

We may process account information, TikTok authorization data, basic TikTok profile information, uploaded or selected video files, generated captions, hashtags, thumbnails, upload metadata, technical logs, browser data, and support messages.

TikTok data

When a user connects a TikTok account, TikTok may provide basic account information through the user.info.basic scope. The Content Posting API may be used to upload videos to TikTok as drafts for the authorized TikTok account.

Purpose

We process information to operate the service, authenticate users, prepare promotional videos, upload videos as TikTok drafts when authorized, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

The service may use TikTok, Cloudflare, Google, Apple, hosting providers, analytics, storage, and infrastructure providers required to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements. Deletion requests can be sent to lovlundinnovation@gmail.com.
