Who we are
RideZone is provided by Hitfire Production AB. Privacy inquiries: erik@hitfire.se.
Account identification
RideZone uses Sign in with Apple and Apple iCloud/CloudKit. Apple's authentication system provides an account identifier used to maintain your sign-in state. The app does not need your Apple ID password.
Profile and community information
When you use the app, you may provide a display name, area, vehicle type, riding pace, introduction, profile photo, ride plans, participation information, posts, uploaded pictures, comments, likes and follow relationships. This information supports the community features of RideZone. Rider profiles, Ride-Outs, feed posts and post-ride discussions are published through the CloudKit public database and may be visible to other users. Do not include sensitive personal information in public content.
Services and advertising
Apple provides account authentication and CloudKit storage. RideZone also integrates Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform for optional rewarded ads and advertising/privacy-consent handling. Depending on your region, choices and device settings, Google and its partners may process technical data, advertising identifiers, consent signals and other device or usage information. Consult Google's Privacy Policy and Apple's Privacy Policy for their practices.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate members; display profiles, rides and community activity; support participation, following and social interactions; prevent misuse; respond to support requests; and provide optional rewarded advertising.
Visibility and other users
Public community content can be seen by other RideZone users. Other people may save or share information they have already seen. Post-ride discussions are public community records, not private group messages.
Retention and deletion
RideZone includes an account deletion option. Deleting an account or content may not automatically erase every reference or copy held by other users, service providers or records created through separate interactions. For help requesting removal of associated information, email erik@hitfire.se. Data retention may also be subject to applicable legal obligations and service-provider policies.
This website
The RideZone product pages are hosted through Cloudflare, which may process technical request data to deliver and protect the website. If you contact us by email, we process the information you choose to provide so we can respond.
Privacy choices
You can edit your RideZone profile and manage publicly shared content through available app controls. Advertising and privacy controls may also be offered through your device settings and applicable consent prompts. Contact support for questions about access, corrections or deletion.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated if RideZone's features or data practices change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
